Capital One Center Celebration of the Arts is a two-day outdoor street festival happening at Capital One Center on October 4–5, 2025, in Tysons, VA. Presented with Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art (Tephra ICA), the event features live music, hands-on artmaking, interactive installations, culinary tastings, and beer and wine gardens—all spread across a multi-block footprint with streets closed to create a walkable festival experience. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts’ Art Mobile will feature Love, Laughter, Tears, an exhibition exploring emotion through art spanning over 6,000 years. Tephra ICA also curates a featured VR art experience by artist Arden Bendler Browning inside The Vault. With activities and workshops designed for all ages, this immersive festival invites the public to engage with the arts in fun, unexpected ways.
