In these combative, divided times, my work has officially become my therapy as I struggle to grapple with what the world has become, and project what I would like the world to actually be. I have never been more grateful to have my art as an outlet. The fact that I can make people laugh and feel things in this decidedly dark environment brings me endless joy and gratification. My piece "Imagining a Kinder, Gentler World" perfectly encapsulates my 2025 journey, and as I have sorted out my feelings with a paintbrush over the past 12 months, I have organically gained over 200,000 new social media followers in the process. It is an honor to bring a little light into the dark each day. We need all the levity we can get.
