My work involves combining numerous art media with chemistry. Once the "colorful" part is composed I delicately add "lab-bench" chemistry which creates a variety of reactions and resistance in the piece. The result can be astonishing; one must reconcile the presence of three-dimensional aspects with the fact that the whole piece is flat and credit card thin. A great example of this dynamic is especially visible in the piece, "As If I'm Floating."
