About the Artist
Enamelist and Goldsmith, Mona and Alex, have collaborated for over 40 years and won numerous awards. Their work has been published in several books and magazines, including the front cover of "Ornament" magazine. Each enamel is built up in 40 layers and firings with 24k gold foil and granules, then set in 22k gold . All pendants and necklaces are double sided. Inspiration is found in nature and the Enamels themselves.
Based in Mokelumne Hill, California.
