Welding has been a daily expression of my desire to create permanent three dimensional art. I have been welding and brazing as a sole source of income for the past 27 years. My current work is strongly influenced by the study of sacred geometry and utilization of repeating patterns and shapes. I am fascinated by the relationship formed by combining hard angular geometric shapes with softer smoother curved lines. The sense of movement and a free flowing organic quality transforms the static fixed geometric shapes into a dynamic structure that offers the viewer a different perspective in a 360 degree space. They must be seen in a outdoor living environment to be truly enjoyed.
