I’m an artist captivated by the energy and movement that art can evoke, drawn to vibrant, kinetic works that feel alive. My passion for quilting, ethnographic forms, and tribal art informs my designs—whether they’re floral, abstract, or somewhere in between. The patterns I create are uniquely my own, inspired by diverse traditions and transformed into something fresh and contemporary. Working with encaustic and drawing on my background in graphic design, I merge a variety of techniques to create art that feels transformative. My dedication to pointillism—meticulously applying dots of pigmented wax with a stylus—produces intricate textures that recall the delicate craftsmanship of needlepoint while conveying a dynamic, pulsing energy.
